This Roasted Cauliflower makes a delicious and quick Whole30 side dish! The flavor from the ghee, nutritional yeast, and cumin along with crispy, caramelized edges makes this dish a delicious addition to any Whole30 meal.

1.5 lbs Cauliflower Florets 3 Tbsp Ghee melted ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast 1 tsp Cumin ½ tsp Salt ¼ tsp Pepper
