Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower (Whole30, Paleo)

This Roasted Cauliflower makes a delicious and quick Whole30 side dish! The flavor from the ghee, nutritional yeast, and cumin along with crispy, caramelized edges makes this dish a delicious addition to any Whole30 meal.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Cauliflower Florets
  • 3 Tbsp Ghee melted
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper

Instructions

Air Fryer Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well, ensuring each piece of cauliflower is well coated with ghee and spices.
  • Spread cauliflower evenly in air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12-14 minutes at 400F or until roasted to your liking.
  • Remove from air fryer and enjoy!

Oven Roasted Directions
