This Whole30 Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken is such an easy and delicious meal! The chicken is juicy and flavorful with a buffalo sauce that is perfect for the entire family. This dish makes a great paleo, Whole30, dairy free and gluten free dinner that will be on the table in less than 30 minutes.
- 2 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup frank's hot sauce
- 1/3 cup ghee
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup honey (omit for Whole30)
- Add all ingredients to instant pot, seal the valve, and pressure cook for 12 minutes.
- Allow the pot to naturally release for 5 minutes before manually releasing to pressure valve.
- Shred the chicken and serve as desired!
