This Cashew Pesto is Whole30 compliant and made with cashews, basil, and spinach. The nutritional yeast and cashews give it a delicious cheesy flavor without the dairy. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and paleo, it will quickly become one of your favorite Whole30 condiments.


  • 1/2 C Cashews, Raw & Unsalted
  • 1 C Fresh Basil
  • 1 C Spinach
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 C Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 lemon, Juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1-2 Tbsp Water, Optional for desired consistency


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until combined and at desired consistency.
