Description

This Roasted Cauliflower makes a delicious and quick Whole30 side dish! The flavor from the ghee, nutritional yeast, and cumin along with crispy, caramelized edges makes this dish a delicious addition to any Whole30 meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Cauliflower Florets
  • 3 Tbsp Ghee, melted
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

Air Fryer Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well, ensuring each piece of cauliflower is well coated with ghee and spices.
  2. Spread cauliflower evenly in air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 12-14 minutes at 400F or until roasted to your liking.
  4. Remove from air fryer and enjoy!

Oven Roasted Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well, ensuring each piece of cauliflower is well coated with ghee and spices.
  2. Spread cauliflower evenly over a parchment paper line baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 400F or until roasted to your liking.
  4. Remove from oven and enjoy!
